About NEO Preschools

NEO Preschools is a free, independent finder for licensed preschools and child care programs in Northeast Ohio, starting with Summit and Cuyahoga counties.

Where our information comes from

Program names, addresses, phone numbers, ages served, Step Up To Quality ratings, license details and funding options come from the State of Ohio's public Ohio Child Care Search, run by the Ohio Department of Children and Youth. We list licensed child care centers, licensed school-based preschools and licensed Type A family child care homes. Each listing links to its official record and shows when we last checked it. If a detail isn't on the public record, we leave it blank rather than guess.

Privacy for home-based providers

For family child care homes we show only the city, not the home address or phone number. Parents can find full details on the state record or by sending an inquiry.

Independence

We are not affiliated with the State of Ohio or any program listed. A listing is not an endorsement, and no program pays to be listed. Programs may later be able to add details such as photos or tuition. If that ever includes paid placement, it will be clearly labeled.

Corrections

Program owners and parents can send corrections. Licensing facts are updated from the state record.
